How We Got Here

Founded three years ago. Built to feel like it's been decades.

Cruise Seakers Travel LLC opened for business a little over three years ago with a simple frustration behind it: too many travelers were being handed off between call center agents, none of whom remembered a single detail from the last conversation. We started small on purpose — a handful of advisors who actually love ships and rivers, who answer their own phones, and who stay with a client from the first "where should we go?" through the final toast on the last night.

That approach grew faster than we expected. In just three years, Cruise Seakers Travel has become one of the largest independent ocean and river cruise agencies in the country — not by opening call centers or hiring scripts, but by staying exactly as personal as we were on day one, for a lot more travelers.
