That's the most common way a conversation with us starts. Tell your advisor what you love — warm beaches, glaciers, ancient ruins, incredible food — and how you like to travel, and we'll narrow down the destinations, ships, and itineraries that fit. Will I work with the same advisor every time?

Can I reach my advisor directly, or do I have to go through a call center?

You'll have your advisor's direct cell number to call or text — before you book, while you're planning, and while you're traveling. You will never be routed through a call center with us.

What if my advisor is unavailable when I need help?

Our team is small by design, and we cover for one another, so you're never left without support. That said, most questions get answered by a quick text to your own advisor, whenever you need them.

Do you only book cruises, or can you help with other parts of my trip?

Cruising — ocean, river, and expedition — is our focus and where our supplier relationships run deepest. Where it makes sense, we're also happy to help coordinate pre- and post-cruise hotel stays, private tours, and transfers so your entire trip feels like one seamless journey.
